From a different perspective

For some reason, I am not one of those people who are very comfortable with being thankful for what they 'have' compared to those who 'have not'. Sure, I am thankful for all the good things in my life. But asking me to be grateful at the expense of someone else's misfortune makes me see red. I'd rather be inspired by those who 'have not' and work towards creating a better future than rejoice over my current fortune over useless comparisons.
