We had a wonderful time at Koranke today. I woke up early today morning (and boy, was it cold! The temperature forecasts said that it was 0 degrees outside) - it was a struggle to get out of a warm and cozy bed to get ready to go to the park (but now I think it is worth it :-)). The Toyota City Guidebook said that we had to take a short train ride and then an hour's worth of travel by bus to get to the park which is well known for it's beauty during autumn.
We made sure that we would be travelling when the sun was up - I was bundled up in layers of warm clothes and could still feel the cold!
